Lactic acid bacteria serve as important human probiotics, they can produce bacteriocins from different dairy sources, and the antimicrobial activity of their have been documented in scientific field. This study aimed to assess activities bacteriocin obtained sources. An experimental analytical design was used isolate species on de Man, Rogosa Sharpe Media, identify them phenotypically evaluated bacteriocin's against four clinical isolates.
